Just wanted to add that all Wizards are fit for live use... especially if you plug straight in and use the board to turn up for the lead breaks... the original modern classics really set a bar compared to all the other marshall clones out there. The clean channel alone is just fantastic. And there is something to be said for the simplicity of the seven knobs, as jim marshall said.. the more you add things (to the circuit) the more you lose something!
have you guys seen the price of amps lately? A single channel suhr plexi is 4k.. the Wizard Modern Classic is two channels for about 500 more.. thats not that crazy really

I tried the new Modern Classic a few days ago. Really liked the hot rodded 800 sound. But i feel that $4700 price tag is a bit much.
