JTM45 OT 1202-55 Issue

I'm finally building my JTM45. I purchased most of the parts and the Metro trannys last year. The problem I'm having is that my PT wiring does not match the spec sheet or the build guide. it is a 1202-55 tranny based on the sticker. And based on the wire colors, the input wires (common, 120v, 220v, 240v) seem to be on the 6.3v heaterside of the tranny and there are extra wires..? Anyone know what's going on?
