Well... some updates.

I had to change the PI and preamp filter caps. I had ghosting and tried swapping those for LCR's. Ghosting is gone

Now I'm thinking about installing a FX loop... probably the Zero Loss. But I'm wondering if the amp is going to lose value or not. What do you think guys?

If you take care and install in line with equal spacing to the existing output jacks and hard wire it on (I have done this twice with no tonal detraction, IMO).
If you ever sell you remove the loop and put two more matching jacks in on the same bus wire, just like the US models which had these as stock!

That was what I thought.

Now, with Neil's approval... let's do it

With no jacks plugged on the loop, the jacks shortcut the signal making the loop true bypass

That's why I never understood why the DPDT switch for the loop. Making remote switching via relay is useful, but a switch on the rear panel to disconnect something that is totally disengaged if you're not using it... :what:

Maybe SDM can iluminate us about it, but IMO no switch is needed.
