What kind of cap is this?

Hi there,

I am a silent reader, usually useing the search function to get great info. Anyway, I just got a 71 Garnet Rebel Reverb PA head and it is loaded with these.

What type of cap is this? There are no numbers ARRGGHHHH... Many are cracked... Any help would be great. If anyone has any info as to how the color band ID works, that too would be of great help.

The colors are
Brown, Black, Brown, Yellow on this. They are on each of the volume pots.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

These are the same as Tropical Fish right? Google tells me they are the precursor to Orange Drops. Anyone by chance have a code chart for them? I cannot find a schematic for this amp.
