Chick models sounds like Kress. Someone here was sorry they went with a Kress cab though, can't remember who or what thread but it was recent, maybe yesterday when they made the comment.

LOL!! I always wanted to do a re-tolex until I saw the guy from Scumbacks document, step by step, a restoration of a cab!

There's just no way I'd take that on! Did you do a good job?

OdgeUK.......

LOL.........That is the document that gave me the crazy idea in the first place...........That Scumback post was a great help and an awesome post....but I had to try it once and found out I'll only be doing it ONCE!!!...It turned out ok i guess I'm happy with the results for a first go and have changed the piping already to make it look more vintage...LOL  ..................
But the glue had fumes that will keep you a little off centre for about a week...LOL and trying to get the corners to look good is a PITA....to say the least.... ..
Here are som pics of the cab.......Now home to my first build a 18watt TMB.....on top of a Mojo large box head and housing my 50watt build......for now until the custom white head comes from mojo....I had them change the back cutout to the size of the 50watt chassis and then when I finish my 100watt it will go in the black cab............."end ramble"
