Glen and that amp work REAL well together...
Correction. It was the Lynch V12 Emminence that I was unimpressed with.
The 18 watt, the Golds with the Komet...They all weren't for me. I'm thinking it was the players taste, though. Dropping the volume(he does) will take away some bite, and I noticed he picked with his finger once to smooth out some more attack-on the front pick up! Why on earth would a guy be playing a Tele when he doesn't want to bite?

I don't recall him using the bridge pickup at all.
Played with a guy that rolled his tone all the way off and turned on a piezo through a '65 Super...

No accounting for the taste we're each entitled to. You'd think Celestion would want us to hear a traditional setup, but it was Premier Guitar's Vid.
Those are all tried and true amps-for my taste- plenty of proper clips to choose from. I kinda think the player was looking for a triple XXX. IMO, he may be a natural LP player, or at least desire's a bridge humbucker. I DID hear that Tele's are pretty trendy at the moment. Screw that. Find your real voice and embrace it. If this is his? Right on-even if we all get worked up about it. Just don't post it so we can all make bad decisions.
Think we'll have to wait for a proper Lynchback test...... You'd think premier guitar would've realized they didn't have a proper match. I don't think the player knew how to play the amp, and may not have found his voice......
Frenchie- I don't think it's the break-in. I prefer alnico's in their first 40 hours(big time - gone through 3 sets). After that? I'd rather blend them. If he has a decent tone, it should appeal to someone, regardless.
