xtra speaker

the speaker output socket of my avt 50 watt allows connection to an xtra cab ie, 2x12, 4x12, but as it disconnects the internal speaker, there is no point in connecting a 1 x12 cab to make portabal 2x 12 set up.
does any body know what would be invoved to make this facilitypossi ble.
