yep. i'd get caned occasionally too - & drop some chords in the process... I was at that show and thought Eddie ruled. Now listening to this he doesn't sound so hot. I wasn't a big fan of the table top tapping technique thing he was doing at this time either.

The US Festival is one of the worst VH boots around, performance wise. However, it is still kind of cool in a strange way.

What is the best bootleg? I've got the US Festival as a file (albeit quite small screen size) and the Buenos Aires 1983 gig. Is there anything better than those that I'm missing?

I have some old club shows that are outstanding. Most are audio , but there is some video floating around on the VH fan forum boards though.
