Unedited onstage footage of the MTV/VH Lost Weekend. Last chord shenannigans and clear soundboard audio of Mr. Brown Sound.

It's nice to know that Ed and I sound about the same after a 12 pack.

yep. i'd get caned occasionally too - & drop some chords in the process... Imagine; 18,000 people have come to your show AGAIN, you're having the time of your life playing YOUR OWN TUNES, touring the good ole' US of A (and beyond) -- you've given up worrying about the cap values or valves in the marshalls that keep blowing up -- its 100+ degrees, under a 100 million megalightwatts of endless booze, drugs, hair and broads @ nearly 1000 miles an hour...

"...we love ya peeeple!.."

then sammy hagar turns up.

haha.

My sentiments exactly!
Why is it we can remember where all the wires go, but can never find a pick?

I was at that show and thought Eddie ruled. Now listening to this he doesn't sound so hot. I wasn't a big fan of the table top tapping technique thing he was doing at this time either.

The US Festival is one of the worst VH boots around, performance wise. However, it is still kind of cool in a strange way.

What is the best bootleg? I've got the US Festival as a file (albeit quite small screen size) and the Buenos Aires 1983 gig. Is there anything better than those that I'm missing?

I have some old club shows that are outstanding. Most are audio , but there is some video floating around on the VH fan forum boards though.
