I have found one of these not too far from my place , Haven't played it yet
But thinking back to the late 80's early 90's I remember them sounding pretty good
Anyway after some research I found an interview in japanese with Vinnie Moore with Audio
if you listen to (VM 12.rm)...There Is a clip of Vinnie Shredding through the amp
Looks Like a 8 Knob . Pro Line Lead

its not clear from the description of vm12, whether it was the laney - seems not, but he used it for meltdown album. amazingly. if you gut an aor and put in a stock 2 stage marshall circuit, the basic toneality of the laney remains....results in a sweet marshall with better clean tones. more color. apparently, the transformers qualities carry with them over into a marshall circuit. as expected. trannies are the heart of an amp
