Jimi, I love Chicago, my Mom was born there, one of my fave cities in the US. Was born here in the *D*, and am obviously a Wings fan. It's going to be tooth and nail. I honestly thought Chicago was going to sweep, or maybe five games.
Fun stuff, Hockey is awesome. Playoff Hockey is even better!

I wasn't sure the Wings would even make the playoffs, so beating the Ducks was icing on the cake. Now seeing the young guys working hard and Babs out-coaching Quenville is extra bonus! Being up a game on the best team in the league all (short) season just makes me smile. I honestly just hoped not to get swept. Now, we are in their heads and they are frustrated. Not expecting any miracles in this series, but if we continue to play like we have in game 2 and 3 we can make it fun.

I'm rooting for another 2008 and 2009 finals matchup! Don't get me wrong, I think the hawks are easily the most talented team top to bottom, but they basically went on a 24 game tear to start the season and then had the easy track to the 1 seed.
