Almost finished, but stumped!!

Post by Guest » Fri Aug 06, 2004 11:02 pm

I'm almost ready to put the components in and fire up, but i'm stuck on a few Items. I'm converting a 1976 50 Watt 2204 to a 1987 4-Input Lead.

1st-I don't know where to put the black wire coming from the back of the Mains Fuse Holder.

2nd-The wiring guide told me to put the pink wire from the power transformer to the 220K resistor next to the diodes, i put the white wire from the bottom of the stand-by switch there, is this right?

3rd-The black ground from the 10uf cap is supposed to go to the ground on the filter Capacitor? Which one, and is this to the actual Cap or to the ground lug next to the Filter Capacitor? I have never seen this ground wire.

Last-I have no idea what to do with the wires coming from the Mains Transformer-Black, Red, Orange, Yellow and Brown. And i don't have the extra lugs to hide the unused wires.

Any help would be appreciated.
