Grounding Pots

Post by Sparky4444 » Thu Mar 01, 2012 5:39 pm

Just about finished wiring up my first Plexi 100 project ..just wondering why some of you have grounded the Vol/Treble/Pres, etc pots to themselves (just like you do in your guitar) in addition to the ground bus??

I wouldn't bother doing that. Consider looking into the "Larry ground" method.

Not yet! Unless your caps are relatively new, you should "form" them first before firing up that amp for the first time. Lots of instructions on this as well here at Metro.
