I have the one for EL84s and it works great. It is nice having the Plate Voltage reading right there too. I have the Groove Tubes Octal Bias Kit and it works well (nice book too), but I'm thinking the Weber octal would be good, too! One nice thing about the preassembled one is you can get the volts/current switch in a handy box on the chord, so theres no switching wires to the DVM.
