Mine hasn't been calibrated in a few years. That's kind of a pet peeve of mine. The calibration machines are always like $25,000 so the local electronics shop never has one. You always have to go to some industrial park where they overcharge because the businesses that need it done are gonna pay whatever they have to pay.
But yeah, you're right, of course.
