New marshall plexi with aldrich mod problem

first of all sorry for my english!

I have finished an other clone but now, I've a problem that I dont understand

The amp with humbuker pickups sounds amazing, but when I connect a strat or tele sounds very crisp ad without body.

What can I do?

Use humbuckers!

On a more serious note, high-gain amps cut a lot of bass in order to make the distortion tight. With single-coils, you have much less bass to begin with so it could sound thin. Try increasing the coupling caps or cathode bypass caps in one or more of the early stages of the amp (can be made swichable) to fatten it up a bit.
