What is meant by the "Pulse Response" of a capacitor and what do "Q", "D" and "R" represent?

Most of those specs only refer to characteristics which affect the performance of the cap when using very high radio frequencies (RF), not lower ones in the audio frequency (AF) spectrum, such as how fast it operates or how long or easily a cap can continue oscillating sans excitation...some boutique caps claim to be "high Q"...whether it can affect a guitar amp who knows
