Mustard cap question

Post by kevrockitt » Mon Nov 29, 2010 10:43 am

Hey guys, I am new to gathering vintage parts. I have the opportunity to buy some vintage mustard caps.
Are .0068uf and .68uf the same thing?
What about 0.022uf and .o22uf?

Any thoughts on sprague vitamin Q's.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, be careful what you buy. An awful lot of .1 and .022 160V caps around which will not suffice.
So I like purple, okay!!!!!!

Thanks. Got any reputable soueces for vintage mustard caps?
Also, the Metro kit parts list shows the .68 sozo as 400v but the 2 in the populated board photo show 160v. Any idea?

Sorry bout the delay. Yeah 160V is fine for these. Never actually seen any larger.
