Identifying carbon film resistors

I have some carbon film resistors that i need to identify as brand. Can some one help.. I took one apart and inside it has a hollow glass tube the carbon is on the out side of the glass tube there coco brown in color and some have 5 color bands but eather 4 or 5 band there the same brand i would think. the extra band is the only diference inside and out. They do have a seem in them and have solid tinned copper leads. I dont think there xicon because xicons are redish orange. I will include a pic.. Thanks for your help Darrell

Those are carbon comp, not carbon film. Maybe allen bradley, I do not know how to tell the CC's apart from one another. Maybe someone can chime in.........

They are carbon film they have a hollow glass cylinder with carbon film on the out side carbon comp's are solid carbon. I will post a CC pic..Im surprised that no one has jumped on this..

I have never seen any CF's look like that, someone here should know.

You might call it "thick film CF's", when you want.

But no! These are definitely CC's, even when they do have a hollow area inside. CF's always are on a ceramic tube with a very thin carbon film on it, with a laser traced hex to make a long small path from the carbon film, and they have covers on both ends.

The glass cylinder on the CC's above only is, to give the leads their a center.

I wonder who manufactured them? Here is a carbon film with a glass center you can see right through it. I wounder also if the ones above would be OK to use in my jtn45 clone?
