Board installed/ need help setting bias.

I've installed the board, pulled the tubes checked and voltages from chart.
Put the tubes back in, checked voltages again. Nothing on fire :D

I have the trim pot turned all the way clockwise all knobs turned to 0, and I'm ready to set bias.

if you got the 1 ohm resisters from pin 1 and ground to pin 8......you need to clip onto the pin 8 side if the resister and set your meter to dc milivolt...
set bias around 35 milivolt.......check each tube at pin 8.......
