Brown board with split turrets

Post by VelvetGeorge » Sun Jul 25, 2004 10:45 pm

Here's a board that I just built. It's the brown material (obviously) with the new split top turrets that I got.

It looks pretty good, the pic doesn't really do it justice.

I have some darker brown material coming in this week that is almost identicle to the board in my '69. I'll post pics when I get one of those built.

Hey, I just changed rank to "guru of good tone".

So now it's official.

Because it was in question before :?: :?:

A wise man told me once (quote might be slightly off (jager/quervo)...) that when you know when you hear a great amp with great tone,"There it is" Can't remember who that was though...

Hey Kendall, I recall hearing that phrase myself.......

It looked like you guys all had a blast in E Lansing Friday! Hope you weren't too hung over.

At least you have a week and a half to recover before we play Grand Rapids.

it was a great time, and it was good to hear some knowledge directly from the guru himself.

I'll need the full week and a half.
