Inverter "Rattle" on Tattoo?

Inverter "Rattle" on Tattoo?
Is that the inverter tube rattling on Tattoo? There's the usual fuzzy top end, but it sounds like the inverter tube buzzing/ rattling at a lower frequency. Anything else out there that re-creates or simulates this nowadays? Something to go between any preamp signal and any power amp, console, speaker sim etc?
