ACtually I didn't care for the sound of the peavey wolfgang gtr... Apparently the sin pu maker is the same guy that vanished from ebay

I have a Sinbucker Wolfgang in a Destroyer. It's awesome. I've hade 2 Wolfgangs, and the pickups in those sucked. The Sinbuckers are far above what was in the Wolfie's, so the fact the name is tied with them is really meaningless.

I've spoken to the guy a few times in the past few weeks. As mentioned before in another topic, he said he had some personal problems, and is now getting back into business. If nothing more he makes killer pickups at 1/2 the cost of the other boutique guys. His stuff is equally good.

Depends if you are buying from Chris Carter or not.
He will fck u over if you are buying from him.

If its from someone who has been lucky to actually obtain a pickup from him then go for it.

If they are already made, and you have them in hand, I'd take them. Otherwise no comment.

In a sense yes.

I eventually got pickups but it wasnt what was ordered then he disappeared.

He wont even reply to talk about it.
