Just when I think that I have set my mind on what I am getting from George!!!
Anyway, that amp absolutely rocks, and of course, I am more than a little curious about the voltage thing. Is that a normal transformer with a special mod, or that dual tap one that Rockstah just got? (I was under the impression that that particular tranny allowed different voltages, but I might be wrong.)

Hey George, compliments again on your new 12000 series amp! The thing is a beauty. Quick question, in the LegendaryTones review it says that the the “Dual Voltage mod” set to 500volts will get you in VH territory just as if you had placed a Variac inside. I've always used a Variac to lower the volume on my cranked Marshalls so i'm wondering how it would sound if, along with the 500volt setting, the amp was still plugged into a variac and lowered even more to get the volume down further?

I love the way your mind works!
The 400V setting is the virtual variac setting. And since the heaters are working normally at 6.3V you could variac the amp down to the typical 90 volt range.
At 30% lower input the B+ would drop to just under 300 volts!
The only issue would be that the preamp voltage would now be so low that you would have very little linear operating range. Resulting in lots of distortion. Whether it's the good kind of distortion is up to you.
Bottom line, yes this would work.
