try the mullard in v2 and a tungsram in v1 - much better unless you want woman tone

Another stupid question for getting and EVH tone out of the plexireplica 12 series. Would you need to jumper the input or just use one input?

I'd guess one input only, but I'm no EVH expert.

I've done it all three ways now (single input, jumper and a Y cable) they all sound good but the Y cable sounds the best for max versatile. If you're going for straight up EVH brown tone then dime everything and just use the top input of channel 1.
