I got some new video software and was able to improve this old clip quite a bit. Color correction and white balance adjustments really helped. I also up-sampled it to HD.
I remixed the audio as well. This time without adding samples to the drums. Just the original tracks, I didn't even edit out the slight mistakes or the extra bar at the end of the bridge.
