Need a Plexi service tech in Nor Cal.

Hi All,
2 years ago I bought a 100 watt MetroAmp built from a kit by a guy on Reverb. It doesn't sound right. It can get loud
but it doesn't sound like a plexi and when plugged into the top left input if I turn up Volume II it starts to squeal real bad..
There is definitely something wrong with it. I want to take it to someone who is REAL familiar with Plexis and knows how to make them sound good that can check it all out, figure out whats wrong and fix it. I live in the north bay area but can take it anywhere in northern California. Anyone have any recommendations??
