Voltage Rating of Coupling Caps?

I just ordered a complete set of Mallory 150s from Tube Depot, for a build. The 0.68uF caps for V1a/V1b and V2 that arrived are only rated for a measly 100v! All the other caps are 630v. I looked in one of the amps I currently have and the ones in there are 250v. But all the others are 630v. What is the minimum preferred voltage rating for the caps in this position? Can I get away with 100v? I've been looking around and for the life of me, I can't find any other Mallory 150s rated higher than 100v in 0.68uF...

Looking at a voltage chart, seems like pins 3 and 8 of V1 are only seeing 0.3v and 1v, respectively. So I guess it shouldn't matter what voltage the cap is rated for? Or am I missing something?

100v is more than sufficient at the cathode
