jtm 45 not testing out the same???

Hi Iam new to building amps but have done 2 wahwahs fuzz ,overdrive a delay pt 80 and a tremlo.so I wanted to try a amp a jtm 45 clone by tube depot.I got it done and started tesing the way the said to and when I got to the rectifier tube in and the three pre amp tubes on V3 pin 3 and 8 I get 111.4 volts not 35 volt like they say I should get I asked this on different part of the board but may be not enough people were seeing my question to find out what to test and to do may be with the out put tubes in it will be ok ,Have not talk to any body else that has done a tube depot jtm 45 plus build. They want me to e-mail them and haven't gave me a answer they are looking for a new tech so I wait but I want to figure it out and hear my amp.

Hey does any body else done a tube depot jtm 45 build I don't have all of the voltage reads or what they should be what I mean for the power tube pins? What is a jtm 50 or a watt plexi readings like if you take out the power tubes and measurer pin 3 & 8 on V3 ?

Has any body else done a Tube depot JTM 45Plus kit if so do you have any very close up pictures of the inside like the board and the wires going to the tubes from the board etc.I might see what I need to do on mine ,because Tube depot is no help they dont know there own products very well
