What amp?

Just V1 and V2?

By how much?

Normally just a series dropper (variable if you like).

Location, size and rating will depend on the above

The amp is a Ceriatone AFD 50W layout built from scratch but my PT have a higher volate on the secondary. Voltage are 50v higher than the spec from nik. I have couple of issue that i need to fix like a little squeal when i engage the extra gain stage.

Like the guys mentioned above, you can raise the value of the preamp dropping resistors to bring the voltage down a bit. The squeal that you mentioned is likely caused by lead dress issues. Have you taken the time to chopstick the amp to see if moving the wires around a bit helps to stop the squeal? Some pictures of the wiring would help us to make some suggestions possibly.
