Which is the safest cab to use..I have a 16ohm cab and a 4 ohm cab... I have a 8ohm reactive load(power Tool) and the manual said I can run it down to 2 ohms...If I hook my slp100w up at 8 ohms to the power tool at 8 ohms, what cab can I use that wont hurt the amp or reactive load,or do I need a 3rd cab at 8 ohms

It is my understanding that it is critical to have the right ohmage on your cabinet with an attenuator. Furthermore, you do not want to mix speakers of different ohmage on your load (for example, putting on the 4 and the 16-ohm to get a 5.4 ohm load. Because of the difference in efficiency in the speakers you can damage the amp.
Remember that ohmage is a constantly changing figure - depending on frequency, etc. For the circuit to be "happy" it has to remain in balance electronically.

On the reactive load attenuator I have(Power Tool) it said it can go down to 2 ohm,so why go up to 16ohms In the manual it says Amp at 8 ohm load I only have a 16 and a 4 ohm cab Fender Cabs... in a 100w.Plexi ri what is harder on the OT 16 or 4 ohms

That's what I have. It's ok to use this config?
