Stereo Memory Man (Hazarai) or Vox Delay Lab?

Thinking of one of either of these and am wondering which has the better looper function? I am of the opinion that EHX do delay better than most so maybe this unit might be the best investment. The Vox looks pretty hi tech in comparison but the EHX would maybe stand the test of time better? Opinions welcomed please,
