Hi!
I know it is normal that the powertubes glows blue. But is that normal that V4 glows blue and V5 not, when guitar is played. V5 starts glowing blue and V4 not when guitar is not played?
The amp is Plexi 50W.
All voltages are normal and bias is correct. Sound is normal too.

Blue-ish glow is nothing to worry about.

Not sure how accurate this is but:

It is common for the V4 side (or V4/V5 in a 100w) to receive a stronger input signal due to how the PI is not perfectly balanced. Honestly, I'm not sure about the technical details of how this relates to "blue glow" but that side usually works harder in a Marshall. That's why it is usually best to put "colder-biased" tubes on that side if the two halves are not well matched. If voltages and bias are okay, don't worry about it!
