Re: How to post pictures
Most of the people here use image hosting websites
There's loads out there! - Some websites you don't even have to sign up to!
The one I use is: http://imageshack.us/
I just upload and then there is a function on there to 'Get Forum Code' - Just copy and paste that onto a New thread or Reply and the pictures will appear
That Img button is HTML code, its a basic web based language, it basically tells the forum post that you are placing an image link. So when you use that Img function you will get something that looks like this:
{img}{/img}
I've replaced the usual "[" sign with a "{" otherwise it won't post (as it is thinking it is an image)
the [/img] is like the end of the img attachment
So say you have a picture (Here is a sample pic from Google):

To do that I put the URL (http://blogs.ubc.ca/CourseBlogSample01/ ... mple-4.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) in an Img function, like this:
"{img]http://blogs.ubc.ca/CourseBlogSample01/ ... mple-4.jpg[/img}"
To easily put it in an Img function, copy and paste the URL to a forum post, select the whole URL and click the 'Img' button!
I think that's it!

And Yeah.. With Imageshack you have to click on the image a few times to get it to its full size!
It's worth going around the image hosting sites to find one you like, It's been so long since I've been on the forum I've forgotten what site I use!
Still.. Glad I could be of some help!

I'll open a new thred to show off my first build. I have to put something up. I've learned so much looking at the pictures of forum members.
I'll put up all my build pictures on Imageshack. They can link from just one picture and then flick through the rest.
Thanks' again.
