A word of advise for new guys about lead dress

Working on my second Metro 12XXX series build and would like to share my experience with the new builders. My first one was a breeze everything went perfect sounded great, but on my second one Im doing something a little different so I had to route wires a little differently. Man all kinds of sqealing, farting and queefing was coming out of this thing. Rerouted the wires and lo and behold she is dead quiet. Do not underestimate the way you run and attach your wires. It not only makes a difference but it could be the reason your getting some really weird sounds (dog whistle type squeals etc.) and noise. Use a chopstick and wiggle the wires around and you'll notice some wires dont play well with others.

I used the 100 watt instructions and tweaked it to the 12XXX and of course this forum--Gary
