JTM 45/100 pilot light

Post by Darryl Collins » Fri May 22, 2009 10:43 am

The pilot light no longer works in my jtm 45/100 1966 and i have just purchased another one and i'm wondering what the best way to wire it in is. as far as i can tell the pilot light that is there now is not orginal and i'm unsure of the proper way to wire it in. do i wire it the same as they do with jmp plexi's or i have heard that they wired these old ones off the transformer in some way.

The original JTM45/100 pilot light is 6.3v and wired directly off the power transformer lugs.

I've seen these with both orange and red indicator lights. what's the color of your indicator?
