I have three 1uF orange drop in an amp I need a Sozo to replace them with, what value would be a good replacement?

I would suggest staying with the correct value unless you can give us a little more info. What is their function? Coupling caps, filter caps? In certain positions you can make small changes in a cap value without to much change in tone so without knowing what they do exactly it's hard to make a recommendation.

the three 1uf caps are on v1 and v2

Odd? 1uF is popular cathode bypass capacitor value in many modern amps. World doesn't ends with Marshalls you know ;-)

He has three of them on V1 and V2, what are the bias resistors on these stages, are they cascaded what are tje other specs, of course SLOs and many other high gain amps have the occasional 1uF cathode bypass caps
