Ok first of all I will say, this will be my first build ever.
I want to build a 1959hw. Where can I get a kit?
Also I am from the UK.
Any other advice or recomendations?
Or am I aiming to high.

I can sell you a full Metro 12 series kit that is all ready to be assembled.pauldavidson1991 wrote:Ok first of all I will say, this will be my first build ever.

It is lacking a head box.
There are all NOS Iskras, Mustards (including the 0.68s) and RS silver micas (apart from a rare NOS Murata 47pF for the PI ).
Brian H boards
F&T filter caps.
Metro C1998 vintage OT, choke option and dual voltage PT with loop and dual voltage kit as well as spare extra board for an SIR mod as well.
I can do some or all of the build for you too if wanted.
I am in the UK so no import duty (20%VAT + handling fee).
pm me if interested
I planned a build but need the £ to fund a 65 JTM45 acquisition and avoid divorce!!!
