Quick bias pot question...

Post by eddie25 » Thu Jun 11, 2009 12:31 pm

In the Marshall builds, the bias pot should be close to 0 ohms all the way counter clockwise, and the value of the pot at all the way clockwise if you are measuring between the two connections, correct?

Just wanting to make sure, I got a different looking bias pot than the ones Metro uses that I'm putting in a '1987 like' build.

Thanks.

EDIT: I guess I should say, the connections between the 47k resistor and the ground (positive bias cap leads). Hope that makes sense.

With the two clockwise lugs jumpered yes, clockwise is 0.
