Digging for something in the shop today and came across these parts. Good start for a 2203 build.
100W master volume chassis
brushed panel set for MV
MV PTP board
1203-80-MS 100W power transformer
$325. plus shipping. Note, due to extreme weather here it might take a few days to ship.
These are the only parts I have available for this. Everything would have to come from your preferred vendor. I suggest Heyboer (OT and choke), Mojo (head cab) and Valvestorm (everything else).

Anyone want to build a 2203?

On second thought, I might just keep these parts and build a ferocious modded master type amp. I'm thinking 3 or 4 gain stages, loop, maybe a switchable boost. Or how about an SIR type? Just need to read the 500+ page thread LOL.
I ought to do something cool with the parts.

George,
With all your vast knowledge, I wish you would create a Metropolis Modern Amp. Able to get Beefy Ballsy High Gain, but insanely articulate, and able to get a beautiful clean as well, and midi foot switchable... with reasonnce/depth/thump... Maybe even employ that Mosfet bootstrap of a 12ax7 Joey was talking about. SIR... Jose.... use the best of all these designs.
If anyone could do this right.. It would be you

Re: Anyone want to build a 2203?
Thanks Mike, I appreciate your confidence in my abilities. I think a high gain monster amp requires quite a bit of tweaking, listening/recording, more tweaking, trial and error and such to really nail. I've done gain mods on stock 2203 types to great affect, but never really built a 4 gain stage from scratch.
I have learned a lot from the Friedman amps we built. I recognized things from popular mod circuits in those amps. And also stuff unique to Dave's amps. There were things I would have done differently, which sort of begs that I build something of my own.
If I can squeeze in some extra bench time I'll take a stab at it.
