laney pro tube aor 100 watt to 2203?

i found 1 for 300$..its the one with 4 pre amp tubes...and all them push pull knobs...and all them xtra pre amp volumes....do ya think if i switched the pots.... left out the xtra tube...and dropped in a metro mv board it would work?

Yes, it will work. You may need to replace some other components but its definitely doable.

Ya might wanna try putting a Mullard/Brimar/RFT 12ax7 in V1 first........TubeTramp over at Plexi Palace says preamp tubes are everything in those amps (hey, you'd probably want one after the mod anyways.....
