UF5408 diodes for Super Lead

Hello what do you think about Uf5408 - 1000V, 3A, 75ns rectifire for Super lead?

You know, there are SO many people who claim that different rectifier diodes sound different, etc etc. IMHO that is a longshot. In the terms of solid state diodes, they either work or they don't.

As long as the diode's ratings are within the amps specs, which it sounds to me like these are, they should be fine.

Thanks that Uf5408 is ultra fast so I'd like to use them but I hope they won't breake during the gig or sound queerly.

I think they should be fine!
I suppose so is different between UF4007 and UF5408 is only 1A or 3A.
