5AR4 substitutes

I've tried 5U4 and GZ37. Can I safely use 5Y3? Any others? To be used in JTM45.

IIRC the 5Y3 can't put out the current that circuits specifying the GZ34/5AR4 want to see. It has a short-lived existence in those cases.
