Supplemental Wiring Diagrams

Post by gutpile » Wed May 14, 2008 9:34 pm

After several iterations and alot of help from Flames1950, I have put together a diagram showing the PT, OT, switches, jacks, & fuse wiring. This is designed to work in tandem with Billy Batz's layout... This diagram will show all of the wiring that was omitted on BB's layout. Thanks again to Flames for saving me countless hours of frustration & troubleshooting!!!

EDIT: Fixed per George's comment below... Also added extra detail on the indicator lamp wiring! check to see if you have a 120vac or a 6vac lamp and follow the wiring instructions on the diagram.... Also, see below for alternate Board Layout...

I have received a few PM's on where Billy Batz's JTM45/100 Layout is located:

One thing, you need to swap the black and green wires on the imp switch.

You need to include the choke on the main filter. Usually you bring the main filter to a single junction turret on the corner of the board where the choke and OT CT connect.

I can add that BB, it is shown on your diagram already... I was going after trying to show the wiring that you did not show on yours... it makes sense to add it though so it is consistent... I'll update it tomorrow...

Thanks,
Mike

Here's an alternative Board Layout... added routing of wire off of the 27k resistor to speaker jack and grounding of input jacks and pots... replaced 32uf board cap on BB's layout with 22uf, also replaced the 150k in the bias with a 180k...
