OK. This is the main deviation from the 100W instructions and it is really in place of the filter can wiring that was skipped earlier.
The JTM-45/100 cap board is wired up like this:

That view is with the front panel on the bottom.
You canj also see wiring for the cap/power board here
http://forum.metroamp.com/viewtopic.php?t=11946
as well as most of the amp.
The ground buss on this board is done just like the other busses in the amp with the sleeving. The wires going from the positive terminals of the 2 smaller filter sections, along with the wire going from the PT primary to the bias on the main board- are wires I attached to the main board and for now I left those turrets on the cap board unsoldered (circled in blue in the second picture)
Also I have the actual ground wire coming from the point on the ground buss where the .05u cap would go (the small cap in the center). I grounded that at a ground lug on one of the power board mounting standoffs (or I will anyway one I get the grounding tabs.)
I added a red dotted line so you can see where the wires are going.
More on this soon.

First installed on the standoffs
The 2 red wires that go from the junction of the diodes and also the junction of the mains filters at the rear panel side of the board, then travel underneath to loop through the holes on the board on the panel side, they go strait to the standby switch- one wire on each side- it doesnt matter which to which.
The start of each of the series diodes (circled in blue- and one also goes to the main boards bias circuit) go to the HT secondary taps on the PT. Its the twisted red wires below.
The circled turret on the ground buss goes to a ground lug on the upper left board mount standoff
