That what pics are for.. to show off your stuff and fish for compliments!! Thats what I do  Man I really like all the NOS parts. Hats,Selectors,Fuseholders,Mustards, tube sockets. Board. Yea... :) where did you get that NOS RS hole board?? Oh is that the one I sent ya?? Seriously I really dig the NOS parts. Now if we could just find a huge pile of Iska resistors we can ask is it Real or a repro!!! Oh yea. I guess pics are also to help out when we run into problems. I use pics alot to learn differences between amp models and years. Don't know how many hrs I have just looking at amps on amp archives seeing what was used and where.I'd say I've learned alOt looking a pic here also. Guess thats why they call it amp porn!! The naked amps are the best

Hey lifer, what is your opinion of the Gold Lion KT66's? I am curious as to how they compare to Valve Arts......

That is an awesome build too! Someday maybe I'll build one after I gain a little more experience and knowledge!

hey, thanks for your kind words.

unfortunately,i can't really be of much help to you. my 45/100 is the first kt66
powered amp i ever had. the lions are the only ones i had in it,too. the new genelex are suppose to be top dog. i went with them cuz i went all out w/ that build, so wtf is another xtra $100 for tubes!

all i can tell you is what mine sounds like. very smooth, very rich and "fender-ish"....to me, anyway. great low end and highs. very cool amp! glad i built one.
