Just saw Hilary Hahn in Memphis, TN 3 weeks ago. She played the full Partita No. 1 in B minor, then the Sarabande from Partita No. 2 as her encore. It was all I could do to hold myself together by the end of the performance. Partita No. 2 reduces me to rubble and hers was pure class and quality.
Interpretation?! I thought I was playing it right!
