Been listening to him alot lately. Was wondering what he is using equipment wise ('76 to '78 anyways). I gather that he was using a 50 watt 4 holer Marshall top, along with some sort of dirt box (MXR ,Maestro sustainer,etc ?). Also on 1978's 'Casino' album Al is using a phaser on 'Chasing the Voodoo'. Sounds like a EH Small Stone. Les Paul is obviously the guitar, but what model ?
Anybody know for a fact what he was using back then ?
