I mean… You'd think the most famous amp ever would have webpage after webpage dedicated to dissecting and analyzing it's circuit, right? When I found the link (on this forum) to the Marshall Circuits 101 site (site is long dead, only available via wayback machine), I finally felt like, WOW one person did actually do it! Unfortunately, it seems the page was created around the dawn of the internet and many of the links, etc do not function. Sadly, the block diagrams that used to be clickable (and lead you to more detailed info about whatever "block" you clicked) are not accessible anymore. Still, what was left there gave me the basics and then some. I just wish there were more sites like that. Every amp site that has any sort of instruction are always talking about Fenders.
This forum and it's members have been the most incredible resource too. It's great how you guys are so generous with your knowledge and have even put up with my stupid questions on more than one occasion!

What about guitar amp books? I don't want to chance buying one only to discover it's useless. Any good ones out there that cover all of the bases?
Thanks guys.
