Model 4140 Club And Country 2x12 combo

Does anyone have one of these? The schematic online is really hard to read...

If so, I'd like to know the following:

-tonestack values: it looks like it might be 82k/250pf and a pair of .047uF caps
-phase inverter resistor values: it's really hard to make out
-component values for the boost and bright switch functions
-coupling caps in the output stage: it kinda looks like .022uF but I can't tell

I like the sound of these and I was thinking of building a single channel 50w head version without reverb
...and pcb mounted pots.
