Plexi Headshell plans?

Ive searched and surprising I cant find this info anywhere. Im looking for thickness of authentec Marshalls of the Baltic Birtch shell and front and back baffles. Im guessing 1/2" evereything but it could be 5/8". Back baffle might even be 3/8"! See im lost!
Roundover bit?
Flat bottom? What is that?

This is for a custom 18 watt in a 20watt lead and bass Plexi style head shell. 20w x 8h x 8.25d.

Does anybody have inner and outer dimensions for a Marshall JMP large-box head shell? I am planning to build one myself and I can not find any pictures that shows the dimensions like this:
